Valledoro was founded in 1954 in Brescia, Italy. The company has been led by the Zubani family for three generations, a continuity that has allowed the main objective to remain unchanged over time: an artisan production method, typical of the best Italian tradition. The method is based on a careful selection of grains, with the aim of obtaining top-quality flours and on a careful formulation of the dough that allows for a harmonious balance between the different components.
